  1. Order Finalisation
    All orders are considered final only after payment has been successfully completed.

  2. Order Cancellation
    If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us immediately via email or Instagram DM. We’re here to assist with any hesitations or concerns you may have.

  3. Trust and Commitment
    We understand the challenge of trusting online businesses, and we deeply value the trust you place in us. A transaction is a mutual bond of faith, and we constantly strive to meet and exceed your expectations.

  4. Quality Assurance
    All garments undergo a thorough quality check before being dispatched to minimise any possibility of defects. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately with video proof of the issue.

  5. Returns and Exchanges
    We accept returns if the garment is in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact, provided we are informed within 48 hours of delivery. You can visit our 'Contact Us' page and fill out the form with your concerns, and we will get back to you.

    • Once your return is approved via email, we’ll share our address for you to courier the item back. After receiving it, we will conduct a quality check and update you on the next steps.
    • You may exchange the product for a different style, color, or size.
    • Refunds are issued as store credit. Cash refunds are only available for manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and verification by our team.
    • Please note: COD charges are non-refundable.
  6. Final Decision
    LuxeLiv reserves the right to approve or reject any return requests, and all decisions will be final.

  7. Custom Orders
    Customised pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once the order is placed.
