Store Credit Eligibility

  • Products: To be eligible for store credit, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required.


  • Products: Requests for exchanges must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.

Exchange and Store Credit Request Process

  1. Initiate a Request: Contact our customer service team at with your order number and details of the product.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for exchanging the item.
  3. Return the Item: Please ensure the product is securely packaged and shipped to the address provided by our team.
  4. Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, store credit will be issued to your LuxeLiv account within 10 business days.

Non-Exchangeable/Non-Cancellable Products

  • Non-Exchangeable Products: Custom-made or personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards are non-exchangeable.

Cancellation Procedures

  • Products: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a store credit. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the exchange process outlined above.

Cancellation Fees and Requirements

  • Products: No cancellation fees apply if the order is canceled before shipping.
