Order Finalisation
All orders are considered final only after payment has been successfully completed. -
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately via email or Instagram DM. We’re here to assist with any hesitations or concerns you may have. -

We understand the challenges of trusting online purchases, and we equally value the trust you place in us. A transaction is a bond of faith, and we strive to consistently meet and exceed your expectations. -
Quality Assurance
All garments undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch to minimize the possibility of defects. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please inform us immediately with video proof of the issue. -
Returns
We accept returns if the garment is in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact, provided you inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please visit our 'Contact Us' page and fill out the form with your concerns, and we will get back to you. -
Return Approval & Process
Once your return is approved via email, we’ll provide our return address for you to courier the item back. Upon receiving it, we will perform a quality check and update you on the next steps.- Exchange: You may exchange the product for a different style, color, or size.
- Refund: Refunds are issued as store credit. Cash refunds are only available for manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and verification by our team.
- Please note: COD charges are non-refundable.
