LuxeLiv Exchange/Return/Refund Policy

At LuxeLiv, we strive to offer you the best possible shopping experience. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, our policies are here to assist you:

1. Returns
   We accept returns for garments in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, provided we are informed within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at info@luxeliv.com with your order ID and concerns.

2. Approval & Process
   Once your return request is approved via email, we’ll share our return address for you to courier the item back. Upon receiving it, we will perform a quick quality check and update you within 48 hours.

   • Exchange: You may exchange the item for a different style, size, or color, subject to availability.
   • Refund: Refunds will be issued as store credit, valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Refunds to the original payment source are only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects, which must be inspected and verified by our team.

3. Exchange Timeline
   The exchange timeline depends on stock availability. We will do our best to dispatch the exchange item as quickly as possible, but immediate shipping might not always be feasible.

4. Shipping Costs
   The cost of reverse shipping for exchanges is to be borne by the customer. LuxeLiv will cover the forward shipping cost of the exchanged item.

5. Exchange Limitations
   Please note that we only allow one exchange per order. We encourage you to carefully select the right size and reach out to our support team for any assistance before placing your order.

6. Custom Orders & Cancellations
   Customised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed.

7. Order Cancellation
   If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us immediately via email or Instagram DM. For any queries or concerns, feel free to contact us.

LuxeLiv reserves the right to approve or reject any return requests, and all decisions will be final.
