Transparent Financial Terms
We believe clear financial expectations are the foundation of a strong partnership. Our standard terms are designed to secure necessary raw materials and allocate dedicated production slots for your order.
Standard Payment Structure (Domestic & General)

Initiation Deposit: A 50% advance payment is required officially to begin the pre-production phase.

Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due only upon successful completion of production and final inspection, prior to handover to the carrier.
International Export Payment Option (Letter of Credit)
For our international clients, we ensure secure cross-border transactions.

We accept an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) for the final balance payment.

The LC must be consigned to our advising bank. It becomes payable upon presentation of required shipping documents (e.g., Bill of Lading) at the time of final handover.
Our 7-Step Quality Assurance Workflow
To ensure absolute trust and quality control, our process includes multiple approval checkpoints. You sign off on every stage before mass production begins.
Step 1: Inquiry & Consultation
Submit your requirements (quantity, specs, destination). We discuss feasibility and logistics.
Step 2: Quotation & Initial Prototype ("Same to OK")
Upon agreement on pricing, we produce an initial counter-sample (prototype) for your approval on general design, materials, and quality feel.
Step 3: Order Confirmation & Deposit
Once the prototype is approved, we issue a Proforma Invoice. The 50% advance deposit is submitted at this stage to book production space.
Step 4: Pre-Production Size Sets
Before mass cutting, we produce a full "Size Set" covering your required size range to ensure perfect grading and fit.
Step 5: Mass Production Start & "TOP" Sample
Once production commences, we send a "Top of Production" (TOP) sample. This represents the actual quality coming off the line for final reassurance.
Step 6: Final Quality Inspection & Approval
Production is completed. Before final payment, the goods undergo rigorous internal QA. We invite you to verify the goods via detailed video walkthroughs, third-party inspection agents (e.g., SGS), or a personal on-site visit.
Step 7: Balance Payment & Logistics Handover
Once inspection is passed successfully:

Domestic: You submit the final balance, and we release the shipment.

Export LC: We hand over goods to the freight forwarder and present documents to the bank to trigger the LC payment.
