1. No Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, it is considered final. We do not entertain order cancellations under any circumstances. * Custom Orders: This strictly applies to all standard items as well as customized pieces, which cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded once the order is in our system.

2. Returns & Exchanges
If you need to change your size, color, or style after receiving your order, we are happy to help you with an exchange:

Timeframe: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Condition: Garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

The Process: 1. Visit our 'Contact Us' page and fill out the form with your concerns. 2. Once your request is approved via email, we will provide our shipping address. 3. You will need to courier the item back to us. Upon receiving it, our team will conduct a quality check and process your exchange.
3. Refunds & Store Credit

Store Credit: Approved returns and exchanges are refunded via store credit only.

Cash Refunds: Refunds to your original payment method are only issued in the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect.

Non-Refundable Fees: Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are strictly non-refundable.
4. Quality Assurance & Manufacturing Defects
Every LuxeLiv garment undergoes a rigorous quality check before dispatch to minimize any possibility of defects.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately.

Requirement: You must provide video proof of the defect. Cash refunds for defects are subject to inspection and verification by our team.
Final Decision: LuxeLiv reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange requests. All decisions made by our quality assurance team are final.
